CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

To ensure a seamless and fulfilling experience at AVA LAND, we present our policies regarding guest check-in and check-out. We kindly ask for your careful review of the information below.

1. Reservation Confirmation

Upon the successful completion of your reservation and payment, a detailed confirmation email or message will be automatically dispatched to the contact information you have provided.

2. Check-in Regulations

• Standard Check-in Time: After 14:00 (2:00 PM).
• Procedure: Upon arrival, please present your confirmation email (or reservation details) along with a valid form of identification (ID Card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport) at the reception desk to complete the check-in process.
• Age Requirement: The minimum age to check-in is 18 years. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by, or possess a letter of authorization from, a legal guardian.

3. Check-out Regulations

• Standard Check-out Time: Before 12:00 (noon).
• Settlement of Incidental Charges: All charges for additional services and products utilized during your stay, if any, will be transparently itemized. Please settle these charges at the reception desk upon check-out.
• Should you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will be pleased to assist, subject to availability.

4. Children and Extra Bed Policy

• Children under 02 years of age stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents.
• For requests regarding extra beds or policies applicable to older children, charges will apply according to the specific regulations of each property. Please contact us directly for the most precise and detailed consultation.
