1. JOB DESCRIPTION

1.1 Accommodation Services & Operations Specialist:

• List and manage rental properties on online travel agencies (OTAs) and through brokerage channels.
• Consult with and advise clients via phone, Zalo, and Facebook.
• Guide clients through property viewings, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and handle contract renewals.
• Set up new properties and oversee the daily operations of accommodation facilities, including rooms, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Monitor service quality: nurture relationships with current guests, track satisfaction levels, and promptly resolve any complaints.
• Update and manage client information and transactions within our management system.
• Report on operational activities to senior management.

1.2 Graphic Designer:

• 70% focus on image design and editing; 30% on basic videography, photography, and video production.

1.3 General Responsibilities (Both Positions):

• Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute content creation, promotional campaigns, and related events.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance business performance and the customer experience.

2. REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Accommodation Services & Operations Specialist:

• Education: Major in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of hotel and hospitality industry operations.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiar with accommodation platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Excellent communication skills; proactive, flexible, and meticulous.
• Language: English communication skills are required.
• Gender: Open to all genders.

2.2 Graphic Designer:

• Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and skilled in 1-2 video editing applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
• Design Acumen: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience or knowledge in architecture, construction, real estate, hospitality, or OTA services are highly preferred.
