MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
At AVA LAND, we understand that our clients’ plans may be subject to change. To offer maximum flexibility while ensuring operational excellence, we have established the following policies. For the most expedient assistance, please contact our Guest Services team directly.
1. Service Modification Policy
a. Modifications to Room/Space Category
- Service Upgrade (to a higher room/space category): You will be responsible for the rate differential between the two categories, calculated based on the prevailing rates at the time of the modification.
- Service Downgrade (to a lower room/space category): Regrettably, AVA LAND does not offer refunds for the rate difference in such cases.
b. Date Modifications
- Requests made more than 03 days prior to the original check-in date: We will endeavor to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Applicable rate differences for the new dates may apply.
- Requests made within 03 days of the original check-in date: Regrettably, modifications cannot be accommodated, and the original reservation will be upheld.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a. Standard Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation **more than 07 days prior** to the check-in date: A **100% refund** of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation **within 07 days** of the check-in date: A cancellation fee equivalent to **100% of the total reservation value** will be applied.
- In the event of a no-show: The reservation will be forfeited, and a fee of **100% of the total reservation value** will be charged.
Special Note for Public Holidays & Festive Periods: All reservations during these periods (as stipulated by national regulations) are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the notification date.
3. Refund Process
Once a cancellation request is confirmed as valid, AVA LAND will initiate the refund process as follows:
- Refund Method: Via bank transfer to the account details provided by you.
- Processing Time: From **15 to 30 business days** from the date of successful cancellation confirmation (this timeframe may vary depending on the processing bank).
- Fees: You will not incur any fees for the refund transaction.
